Nice, the lens is awesome, though I find it pretty heavy. Finding my normal kit lens already heavy and bulky.

I find it okay – Not too light, not too heavy. Maybe it’s because I just started using it. =P

How do you like your Nikon? I have only used Canon and it is now quite difficult to switch to Nikon as I have some lenses I am used to. But I am always curious about the Nikon cameras.

I love my Nikon! However, I also love the colors Canon produces.

I’m fairy new to the DSLRs, but from my experience with the Canon 400D and my Nikon D5000, I have to say that I had difficulties focusing on the 400D, where as I find it easier with my D5000.

Maybe it was just that I had not played around with the 400D a lot since it does not belong to me, or maybe my skills were not of that level yet.

From what I know, Nikon also has a large range of lenses. I’m not very sure about Canon lenses but I heard they are expensive! DX

This link could probably help describe about the few differences about Nikon and Canon DSLRs.

Personally, if I had the money, I would get both the Nikon and Canon. Both are equally fun to play with! =P
